Alle Zimmer sind über den Flur begehbar. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett und Balkon, das andere mit Einzelbett und Schreibtisch, auch optimal als Büro nutzbar. Der offene Wohn - Essbereich mit Küche ist das Herzstück der Wohnung. Die offene Küche ist hochwertig und mit allen benötigten Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Der 2. Balkon zum Innenhof lädt zu schönen Stunden im Freien ein. Das Tageslichtbad ist mit einer Eckbadewanne und großem Waschtisch ausgestattet.

All rooms are accessible from the hallway. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and balcony, and the other with a single bed and desk, which could also be used as an office. The open-plan living and dining area with kitchen is the heart of the apartment. The open kitchen is high-quality and equipped with all necessary cooking utensils. The second balcony overlooking the courtyard is perfect for enjoying pleasant hours outdoors. The bathroom features a corner bathtub and a large vanity.
